If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected by Seven’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please note, if you do not clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of your box, it will be refused and sent back.

Seven products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Seven makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Seven shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Seven product contains a defect, you may send the product to Seven for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at Seven’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Seven’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you.
